      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to customer inquiries related to tolling and administration using training and available resources
      - Process transactions through mainframe or web-based applications
      - Manage both electronic and hard copy documents for processing
      - Classify and archive documents based on contract requirements
      - Maintain knowledge of company and client programs, ensuring confidentiality and compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must reside in Florida to be considered
      - Must be at least 18 years of age
      - High School Diploma or equivalent required
      - Ability to pass a background check and drug test
      - Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 7 am - 7 pm, Monday to Friday
