What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, educating travelers on the employer's international trip packages
- Achieve a high conversion rate of calls into confirmed bookings, targeting over 70%
- Upsell additional products and services, such as trip extensions and travel protection plans
- Confirm customer reservations and document necessary information in the employer's systems
- Work efficiently across multiple platforms to manage calls and interactions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of sales experience in a call center environment, handling inbound and outbound sales calls
- Preference for experience in the travel/tourism, hospitality, or luxury sales industries
- Must have experience working in an unscripted environment and with upselling products/services
- At least 1 year of remote work experience, preferably with remote training
- Must have hardwired internet and a stable telephone service for call handling
