      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
      - High school diploma or GED required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
      - Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality
      - Ability to work full-time, with hours potentially including evenings, weekends, or holidays
      - Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a home workspace with wired internet and necessary equipment
