      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service.
      - Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively presenting the suite of TV, internet, and wireless products and services.
      - Build and maintain customer relationships, emphasizing honesty and integrity in all interactions.
      - Collaborate with the Inside Sales & Retention teams to drive customer decisions.
      - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role.
      - Must demonstrate a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality.
      - High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus.
      - Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection and a home workspace with wired internet.
      - Full-time availability, with hours that may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.

      - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
      - Previous experience in a customer-facing sales role.
      - Familiarity with telecommunications products and services.
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
