      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field inbound customer contacts in a fast-paced environment, focusing on customer satisfaction
      - Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively presenting a range of TV, internet, and wireless products and services
      - Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring every interaction is handled with honesty and integrity
      - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer experience
      - Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales techniques and product knowledge

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
      - High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus
      - Must demonstrate a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and a persuasive personality
      - Ability to work full-time, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
      - Must have a smartphone/device with an active network connection, and a suitable home workspace with wired internet and necessary equipment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a sales role within a telecommunications or related industry
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
      - Ability to thrive in a high-pressure sales environment
      - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service
      - Previous experience working from a home office setup
