      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide status updates on assigned tasks to the functional manager
      - Analyze existing workflows to uncover inefficiencies and propose enhancements
      - Design optimized workflows for complex financial processes within the Child Support Application
      - Conduct stakeholder interviews to understand business processes comprehensively
      - Collaborate with other analysts to develop test scenarios and assist during testing activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Business Analyst in Child Support Systems
      - Experience with financial operations such as receipts, distribution, and reconciliation in Child Support Systems
      - Proven experience in system design and developing processes for complex workflows
      - BS Degree or equivalent work experience
      - Proficiency in MS Office suite

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager
      - SQL query skills for data extraction, validation, and interpretation
      - Familiarity with SharePoint
