What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, launch, and scale media buying campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok Shop
- Analyze campaign performance daily to optimize creative, audiences, bidding, and spend
- Own and optimize full funnel architecture, including landing pages, advertorials, and checkout flows
- Write and guide high-converting ads, headlines, and scripts that drive conversions
- Set KPIs, manage budgets, and collaborate closely with founders and marketing leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-5+ years of hands-on media buying experience with proven results
- Experience managing 6-7 figure budgets with measurable growth outcomes
- Expertise in direct response copywriting and conversion rate optimization
- Proven ability to build landing pages, VSL funnels, and lead generation flows from scratch
- Must be available to work in Pacific Time (PST) hours
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience launching offers in supplements, telehealth, or consumer SaaS
- Familiarity with tools like ClickFunnels, Webflow, HighLevel, Unbounce, or similar
- Strong ability to think strategically while executing tactical performance operations
