What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, scripts, and procedures for Workday integrations and purge functionality
- Build and manage test data within Workday HCM to support functional and compliance-driven testing
- Own all phases of testing, including planning, execution, documentation, defect tracking, and resolution support
- Validate purge logic and breadcrumb data retention processes within Workday
- Collaborate with configuration and compliance partners to ensure testing aligns with audit and regulatory requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM, including test data creation
- Strong documentation, organization, and attention to detail
- Compliance-focused mindset with a commitment to data integrity
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
