What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide project management services for renewable energy projects across the U.S.
- Lead proposal development efforts and manage projects from inception to completion
- Market company's skills and capabilities to new clients
- Direct preparation of engineering reports, studies, and permit applications
- Communicate with clients throughout project execution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.S. in engineering or related major
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in renewable energy field
- Strong project management experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and engineering-specific software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management certification or specialized training
- Master's degree in business, engineering, or related field
- Experience with scheduling software and construction coordination platforms
- P.E. or S.E. license or ability to become licensed within two years
- Knowledge of decommissioning, financial modeling, and renewable energy resources assessments
