      Repacking Specialist
      On this role you will provide leadership and guidance on all technical aspects of a a product or product family. Manages site PUCC programme for established products, ensuring process understanding, control and capability are consistently enhanced through the product lifecycle. Job Family Group - Technical: Ensures deep and broad scientific and technical insight that helps to drive business goals and deliver on business value streams. Provides clear and consistent technical processes, tools, and accountabilities for manufacturing sites. This provides key standards and a framework of assessment of technical compliance and competence.
      · Act as key point of contact for market representatives on all repacking-related queries and projects by gathering requirements for new packaging formats or repack needs.
      · Lead feasibility studies with Levice/Repack service providers to assess technical and operational capabilities for designing repack solutions and ensure timely delivery.
      · Support technical product development process needed to assess viability of bringing repack SKUs in-house and provide costings input for business case analysis.
      · Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for repacking processes, monitor repacking activities to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on cost savings, process efficiency, and sustainability.
      · Plan and lead repacking projects ensuring alignment with market timelines and deliverables including factors like impact on factory capacity, logistics of delivery etc by tracking project progress, risks, mitigation strategies, and key milestones. Resolve operational issues and escalations promptly.
      Ownership of Levice/repack catalogue and review internal repack portfolio to identify opportunities for harmonization /simplification. Ensure all markets are aware of current Levice/Repack portfolio and are encouraged to adopt existing SKUs.
      Salary: from 3000 ,- € / monthly (seniority of candidate will be reflected in salary offer) + annual bonus + 13th salary + other bonuses and benefits

      Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related field.
      Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, packaging, or operations management roles.
      · Strong understanding of packaging materials and design.
      · Proficiency in supply chain tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
      Analytical skills for cost and performance optimization.
