      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the development and design of publications and reports from conception to completion
      - Ensure compliance with branding guidelines and ADA standards for all publications
      - Analyze design trends used by other government organizations to enhance publications
      - Develop innovative approaches to manage a fast-paced workload effectively
      - Assist in the production of photography for reports and special publications

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree
      - Minimum of five years of professional experience, with at least two years in program development or related fields
      - Strong experience in graphic design, graphic arts, or digital illustration
      - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and HTML software
      - Must be able to pass a thorough background check, including fingerprinting

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with design portfolios and samples showcasing previous work
      - Familiarity with government branding and compliance standards
      - Additional education or certifications related to graphic design or communications
      - Experience in program administration or analysis within a public sector context
      - Strong creative problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
