What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze system requirements and develop methods for problem-solving through flow charts and associated documents
- Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Lead design discussions and guide junior Systems Analysts in compliance with best practices
- Monitor system errors, diagnose and correct issues, and participate in program testing
- Maintain operational data and prepare reports relevant to projects and assignments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree with 7 - 11 years of experience in programming and operating systems
- Proven experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC)
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and system operations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of SharePoint applications, WebEx, and Skype
- Experience in Object Oriented Analysis and Design, SQL, Java, C, and C++
- Knowledge of web development and relational database concepts
- Familiarity with version control and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Experience with high availability and scalability application architecture
