      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide oversight and day-to-day management of research administration for sponsored projects
      - Manage proposal preparation, submission, and compliance with federal and university guidelines
      - Coordinate with post-award units to ensure timely implementation of contracts and subcontracts
      - Monitor and manage complex sponsored project budgets and ensure appropriate expenditures
      - Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in reconciling funds and monitoring spending levels

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
      - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in grants administration
      - Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
      - Proficiency in managing multiple priorities and deadlines
      - Knowledge of federal and university research administration regulations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in a relevant field
      - Familiarity with S2S and SUBS systems
      - Experience with grant administration and compliance
      - Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and Workday Software
      - Strong interpersonal communication skills
