What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct in-depth research on various client-specific financial planning topics
- Analyze qualitative and comparative data, synthesizing findings into written summaries and research briefs
- Validate and supplement AI-assisted research with human analysis and judgment
- Make introductory outreach calls to gather necessary information from external organizations or resources
- Develop research templates and organize documentation within the firm's CRM system
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in research, analysis, or a related role
- Familiarity with financial services or financial planning strongly preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage ambiguous or evolving requests
- Intellectual curiosity and confidence in asking clarifying questions
