      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct comprehensive conflicts reviews related to mergers, lateral hires, and new business intake
      - Analyze search results to identify potential conflicts and escalate issues as necessary
      - Liaise with client conflicts teams and decision-makers regarding project setup and management
      - Provide training and supervision to junior team members on conflicts analysis
      - Perform supplementary corporate research to support client decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree is required
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills with excellent attention to detail
      - Proficient in standard research resources such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Bloomberg Law
      - Excellent communication skills for delivering and explaining research findings
      - Reliability in managing and prioritizing competing deadlines with minimal supervision

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in Librarianship or Information Science from an ALA-accredited institution or JD from an ABA-accredited institution
      - Experience working with Intapp Conflicts is highly desirable
      - Proven ability to analyze corporate structures and regulatory frameworks
