What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct applied workforce and labor market analysis to support workforce initiatives, including employment trends and skills demand
- Develop and maintain dashboards, visualizations, and reports that communicate workforce analytics
- Manage and document datasets from multiple sources to ensure data accuracy and readiness for analysis
- Translate quantitative and qualitative findings into concise summaries and presentation materials
- Provide analytical support for grant proposals, reports, and program evaluations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Public Policy, Workforce Development, or a related field
- At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, research, or workforce analytics
- Experience supporting applied projects in workforce development or education programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to summarize findings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Python, or R
- Familiarity with common analytical and data platforms like Lightcast, ArcGIS, or IMPLAN
- Interest in inclusive workforce development and economic mobility initiatives
