      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with internal stakeholders and medical partners to achieve project objectives
      - Identify and evaluate appropriate specimens for research and development
      - Drive clinical pathology perspective to enhance customer experience between in-clinic and reference lab offerings
      - Establish laboratory processes for sample generation using microscopy and automated techniques
      - Assist in the development of educational curriculum and case studies for stakeholders and the veterinary profession

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
      - Advanced training in veterinary clinical pathology required; PhD and/or ACVP or ECVCP board certification preferred with over 5 years of experience
      - Demonstrated understanding of current topics and issues in clinical veterinary medicine
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to organize, prioritize, and plan work at individual, team, and product levels

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Ability to leverage technology for data analysis
      - Experience in leading presentations and discussions with key opinion leaders
      - Background in collaborating with partner universities for product development studies
