      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate logistics and outreach support for programs focused on healthy child development in early childhood education
      - Assist with participant scheduling, data collection, and data organization for research projects
      - Prepare and organize project materials, including presentations and documentation
      - Maintain databases and ensure accurate records by following quality control protocols
      - Communicate professionally with diverse project and provider staff members

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in education, social science, or related field plus three (3) years of relevant experience, or
      - Master's degree in social science or related field plus one (1) year of relevant experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
      - Ability and willingness to lift up to 25 lbs
      - Experience in social science research, public health research, or data collection

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in early childhood development research or early childhood education programs
      - Familiarity with REDCap database
      - Experience using SPSS statistical software
      - Background in human subjects research observational data collection
      - Experience with data collection survey design
