      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee and coordinate the decision-making process for Cisco restoration in Lake Erie
      - Conduct statistical analysis and prepare reports, articles, and manuscripts for publication
      - Research literature related to Cisco restoration and the Coregonine Restoration Framework
      - Assist with writing and submitting applications for animal use and human research
      - Participate in presentations during workshops, meetings, and conferences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Knowledge equivalent to a four-year college degree in Fisheries, Wildlife, Ecology, or a related field
      - Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in overseeing research projects and conducting specialized analyses
      - Valid operator's license for driving university vehicles
      - Excellent writing and personal communication skills
      - Strong organizational skills and experience in coordinating meetings or workshops

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - M.S. degree in Fisheries, Wildlife, Ecology, or a related field by the anticipated start date
      - Experience collaborating with state and federal agencies for fisheries management
      - Familiarity with Structured Decision Making processes
      - Strong quantitative skills in decision analysis and fisheries management
      - Ability to adapt communication styles to connect with diverse audiences
