      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Recruit individuals for the study, conducting enrollment and explaining research procedures while obtaining informed consent
      - Schedule appointments for study participants and conduct reminder calls or mailouts
      - Review data collection forms for accuracy and completeness, overseeing junior staff's data entry
      - Perform data management procedures including data entry, report generation, and database maintenance
      - Assist with manuscript and grant preparation, literature searches, and synthesizing information

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required by time of hire; degree in Psychology preferred
      - 1-2 years of research or relevant clinical research experience preferred
      - Ability to read and write fluently in English; Spanish speaking is preferred
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with statistical software (SPSS) is a plus
      - Must successfully complete training in human subjects research certification

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in Psychological Research or Mental Health clinical studies
      - Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
      - Effective communication skills with a non-judgmental approach to diverse populations
      - Previous experience in coordinating clinical training or consultation programs
