      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct rigorous quantitative analyses using large-scale state administrative panel data and survey data
      - Co-author peer-reviewed publications and present research findings at national conferences
      - Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of scholars to assess educational policies and programs
      - Interface with state officials and stakeholders to provide evidence for policymaking and program implementation
      - Manage projects and lead a team of doctoral students and staff researchers

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must have a completed Ph.D. in economics, public policy, education, or a related field
      - Expertise in econometric research methods, particularly quasi-experimental design and panel data methods
      - Significant research experience using Stata
      - Proven track record of publication or strong potential
      - Excellent interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with survey design and analysis
      - Familiarity with large-scale team-based projects
      - Background in coordinating data collection and analysis activities across large teams
      - Experience mentoring early-stage graduate or undergraduate researchers
