What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Program and field surveys, ensuring accuracy and alignment with research objectives
- Set up and format crosstabs, conduct quality checks of survey data, and assist in building analysis products
- Analyze open-ended data from surveys, categorizing responses with attention to detail
- Conduct online and media research related to polling data, influencers, and digital trends
- Maintain organized records of polling and research materials, supporting archiving of ongoing tracking data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of professional experience in survey research, data, polling, or related fields
- Strong quantitative attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Proficiency with survey software (e.g., Qualtrics, Alchemer, SurveyMonkey)
- Competency in GSuite tools, especially Google Slides and Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Spanish language fluency is highly valued
- Curiosity about online political communication and the intersection of politics and media
- Awareness of digital trends and online fluency
- Experience presenting data in visual formats and interest in data visualization
