What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and facilitate parent focus groups to assess the end-to-end tapouts experience
- Gather qualitative insights related to platform usability, coaching quality, and outcomes
- Synthesize findings into clear themes and actionable recommendations
- Deliver a final insights report and presentation to leadership with prioritized improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders across various teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience leading focus groups and qualitative research initiatives
- Proven background in customer experience research or user research
- Experience with focus groups, surveys, and ethnographic responses
- Ability to independently manage a defined research project from start to finish
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in education, coaching, mental health, parenting, or child-focused platforms
- Comfort working in startups or fast-moving environments
