What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry from study-related materials into research databases and spreadsheets
- Verify and validate entered data against source documents to ensure data integrity and accuracy
- Follow established protocols and guidelines for data handling to comply with study requirements and confidentiality standards
- Identify and report discrepancies or errors in data and collaborate with team members to resolve issues
- Maintain proper documentation of research data according to study requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree plus one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Computer literate with strong interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) Certification is preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology is preferred
- Experience working in an Academic Medical Center is preferred
