What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect data through structured sessions, interviews, or classroom-based observations
- Establish rapport with participants, including children and educators, ensuring adherence to study protocols
- Accurately transcribe and code collected data using project guidelines
- Conduct preliminary data cleaning and descriptive analyses
- Assist with literature reviews, manuscript preparation, and grant writing tasks as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience, which may include student experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
- Strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and manage data securely
- Willingness to attend team meetings, both virtual and in-person
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Prior experience and training in REAL Lab procedures, measures, and data collection protocols
