What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer cSLEDAI-2K and cPGA assessments via secure video calls, adhering to study protocols
- Document assessment results promptly within the study platform
- Maintain an updated calendar for participant scheduling and log in to appointments on time
- Prioritize participant safety and follow project SOPs and escalation pathways
- Provide feedback to the team on processes and technology for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Valid US NP or PA license, active and in good standing
- Experience conducting structured disease assessments, particularly in rheumatology
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in managing time effectively and multitasking in a remote environment
- Completion of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training and certification in SLEDAI-2K/PGA prior to study start
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with lupus disease activity assessments (i.e., SLEDAI-2K, PGA)
- Remote video (tele) visit experience
- Strong rapport-building skills and ability to engage participants remotely
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and suggest improvements
- Availability for calls across varied schedules to accommodate participants in different time zones
