What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate clinical research studies by performing tasks such as recruiting and screening study participants
- Serve as the main point of contact for project participants, investigators, and research sponsors
- Collect, verify, and enter clinical data into databases while analyzing information
- Provide professional nursing care to patients according to established protocols
- Ensure compliance with research study protocols and assist with logistics for clinical research projects
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting
- Registered Nurse (RN) License required by the start date of the position
- Bachelor's Degree in nursing required
- Eligibility for Wisconsin Registered Nurse licensure by the start date
- Experience in a healthcare setting
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 or more years of nursing experience
- Experience working in a clinical research role
- Familiarity with the pediatric population
- Experience with data collection and/or sample processing in research
- Clinical Research Certification or Clinical Research Nurse Certification
