What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify impactful problems related to content metadata and merchandising
- Develop innovative systems and models to empower decision-making and enhance member experiences
- Operationalize models for seamless integration into operational workflows
- Act as a thought partner for stakeholders regarding machine learning algorithms and system architectures
- Conduct quality evaluations for algorithms that support the next generation of capabilities in the business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ph.D. or MS degree in a quantitative or computational field
- Minimum of 4 years of full-time work experience in relevant machine-learning roles
- Practical experience with supervised, unsupervised, and deep machine learning methods
- Experience applying machine learning and Gen AI solutions to video, audio, and/or textual data sources
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in operationalizing or productionizing machine learning and/or artificial intelligence solutions
- Comfort in navigating ambiguous problem spaces and driving projects with minimal oversight
