What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design of clinical research studies, ensuring methodological rigor and compliance with IRB processes
- Analyze and interpret complex data from wearable devices to derive health insights related to sleep, stress, and cardiometabolic health
- Contribute to scientific papers, patents, and regulatory submissions while presenting findings at conferences
- Establish and manage collaborations with academic institutions and healthcare organizations for research and validation studies
- Provide clinical science expertise to support evidence-based decision-making across the company
What is Required (Qualifications):
- PhD in relevant fields such as Psychology, Neuroscience, or Digital Health with a focus on health sciences
- Experience in leading the design and analysis of clinical trials
- Proven track record in high-impact research, study design, data interpretation, and scientific dissemination
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrating initiative and adaptability
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and programming
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis and visualization
- Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements, including FDA compliance
- Experience in translating scientific discoveries into practical health applications
- Background in fostering collaboration between industry and academia for innovation
