What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy
- Conduct analyses using statistical and computational methods to inform decision-making
- Develop data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to share findings with stakeholders
- Collaborate with program, training, and operations teams to apply data insights to projects
- Provide professional support to staff or faculty members in statistical applications and modeling
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in a related job discipline
- Vocational training or equivalent experience in a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
- Ability to communicate complex findings in accessible ways
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Familiarity with data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience working with research or program evaluation data
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
