      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the design and implementation of studies to evaluate health care programs and policies
      - Contribute to the advancement and quality of health equity research
      - Serve as an advisor and subject matter expert for collaborative research teams
      - Conduct research applying principles of equitable data collection and analysis
      - Contribute to the development of proposals for new research projects

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Expertise in health equity and understanding of social determinants of health
      - Experience in conducting research using quantitative and/or qualitative techniques
      - Ability to collaborate with senior staff and key stakeholders
      - Strong communication and presentation skills
      - Advanced degree in public health, public policy, or related field

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in advancing health equity through research projects
      - Knowledge of culturally responsive equitable research practices
