Manage room reservations and group bookings
Work closely with the front desk, sales, food & beverage and housekeeping teams
Keep systems up-to-date and running smoothly
Help guests with special requests and ensure top-notch service
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Experience in hotel reservations or front office (preferred)
Comfortable with booking systems and juggling priorities
Accor systems experience will be a plus
A positive, can-do attitude
