What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide exceptional communication and customer service during the reservations process
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, and special offers
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions
- Support revenue management strategies through up-selling and cross-selling
- Ensure accurate billing and financial transactions on behalf of guests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in the U.S. mainland
- Minimum of two years of experience in a hospitality or reservations position, preferably in a luxury resort
- Proven ability to create professional business correspondence
- Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills
- One year of experience with Opera software

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in Google and Navis software
- Previous experience in a luxury resort setting
