- Lead, manage, and motivate a team at a large account to deliver excellent service to the client and guests.
- Develop relationships with the client and team to achieve KPIs such as profitability, safety, employee engagement, and guest satisfaction.
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues effectively across all organizational levels.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior executives and business owners.
- Implement program standards and ensure expectations are met.
- Make strategic decisions considering risks and long-term implications, involving team input.
- Foster a culture of transparency, safety, education, and accountability.
- Support operational functions like safety, marketing, allergen management, and culinary services.
- Ensure compliance with policies and conduct audits for financial, sanitation, and other standards.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and complete required reporting.
- Drive development within the account through performance evaluations and succession planning.
- Own financial results, including reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and lead change initiatives.
- Participate in district leadership and share best practices.
- Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of management experience in food service, hospitality, or related Support Services.
- Proficiency in food service management with a successful track record.
- Leadership experience, strong customer service, and financial skills.
- Initiative, critical thinking, ownership, and excellent communication skills.
- Proactive, positive, and resilient attitude.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS software.
- Occasional travel required.
