Qualified candidate will live onsite. This is a PSH Property. This is a tax credit property. This is a TCAC based property. Qualified Candidates will have 3+ year of affordable housing property management experience. Qualified Yardi Voyager Experience a plus. Valid Drivers License, clean DMV record and reliable transportation are required. Salary range: $23.40 -$40.73 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $23.40-$32.06 per hour, DOE. The Resident Manager oversees the day to day operations of the property including administrative, facilities and marketing. RESPONSIBILITIESCollects Rent, Makes Bank Deposits,Prepares and Submits Rent Roll, Verifies Income Complies with HUD, TCAC or other regulationsMaintains Waiting List, Prepares and Processes LeasesSupervises on-site Staff Processes Evictions, Conducts Annual Inspections and Coordinates Repairs For HUD Properties, submits VouchersQUALIFICATIONS3+ Year of Affordable Housing Property Management ExperienceMust have a current CA Real Estate LicenseKnowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA GuidelinesAbility to Develop and Implement Budgets and Variance ReportsSkills in Resident Problem Solving and Staff ManagementCRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIREMENTSEAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer.
