      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct quality assurance reviews and residential energy audits, including on-site verifications and electronic reviews of field data
      - Provide technical advice, guidance, and training on installation and configuration according to client specifications
      - Offer input and status updates to program staff regarding project scope and effectiveness
      - Utilize technical expertise to identify, analyze, and resolve issues
      - Communicate effectively with customers, peers, and across the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 3-5 years of experience with utilities
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
      - Valid State of Maine Driver's license with a responsible driving history
      - Ability to conduct quality assurance reviews and residential energy audits
      - Strong communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with energy efficiency programs or initiatives
      - Familiarity with residential energy auditing tools and techniques
      - Knowledge of current trends in energy efficiency and sustainability
      - Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles
      - Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
