What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline through referral relationships and community networking
- Consult with borrowers to understand their goals and recommend suitable loan options
- Complete mortgage applications and gather necessary supporting documentation
- Coordinate with internal operations partners to ensure a smooth loan progression from submission to closing
- Track key dates and provide timely status updates to borrowers and partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in originating residential mortgage loans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative approach
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple active files
- Proven accountability, follow-through, and ability to work independently
- Active NMLS registration or ability to meet NMLS requirements as applicable
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Familiarity with common mortgage systems such as LOS, AUS, or CRM tools
