      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive to customers' homes for pre-scheduled appointments to perform maintenance and follow up on warranty issues
      - Build rapport with customers and examine previous work to identify potential problems
      - Recommend additional products and services to enhance existing installations or address new issues
      - Complete all paperwork and follow-up communication in a timely manner
      - Provide customers with a remarkable experience and meet or exceed monthly sales goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of two years of sales experience or a combination of education and experience demonstrating a proven track record in sales
      - Strong communication skills and a competitive nature to meet and exceed sales goals
      - Passion for providing excellent customer service
      - Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving requirements
      - Regular and reliable on-site attendance

      - Experience in residential construction or waterproofing sales
      - Proven track record of achieving sales targets
      - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
