What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the development & implementation of weekly resource planning processes across 3 North American studio locations
- Centralize, forecast, organize, and allocate all resource requests from North America producer team
- Identify skills, maximize availability, and utilization for an in-house team of creative professionals
- Coordinate with discipline leads to confirm all studio resource bookings weekly in advance
- Collaborate with Resource Managers in other global studio locations to proactively solve capacity challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent knowledge of cloud-based resource planning tools including Excel/MS Office Suite/OneDrive
- Resource reporting – provide accurate, timely, and relevant data to enable decision-making
- Resource monitoring – timesheets, holidays, absences, working with existing platforms
- Freelance networking – managing and maintaining strong freelance relationships
- Relationship management – building and maintaining close working relationships with creative professionals

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a CGI-led studio environment
- Interest or knowledge of resource management tools and systems
