      What you'll do
      As the Resource Manager within the Marketing & Loyalty division, your role encompasses efficiently allocating the creative and craft team across all projects. Your core responsibility involves collaborating closely with each function to ensure the right team members are assigned to the appropriate projects, considering workload, skill sets, and project timelines. By working closely with the creative leadership team, Integrated Project Managers, and Account Directors, you will manage the longer-term pipeline of incoming projects, ensuring effective synchronisation with the broader needs and ambitions of the agency. With a keen focus on workflow management, you will own the resource schedule, cast projects to the right skill sets, and mitigate resource concerns through adjustments and priority shifting. Your expertise in resource planning and management will enable you to effectively balance the utilisation of internal staff, freelancers, and third parties. In addition, forming a high-caliber freelance network aligning with established creative standards, managing freelance recruitment and onboarding, overseeing team holidays, and approving related budgets will contribute to the seamless functioning of the organisation.

      Who you are
      As a Resource Manager, you are an experienced professional with a deep understanding of managing agency talent and orchestrating the best teams to deliver exceptional work in an efficient and effective manner. Your passion for creative work, combined with your solid understanding of processes and roles, allows you to foresee potential hurdles and staff projects optimally. With your experience in recruiting for freelance roles and collaborating with internal talent teams and recruiters, you have developed strong skills in talent acquisition and negotiation. Your exceptional multitasking abilities, impeccable organisational skills, and proficiency in managing Zoom / MS Team calls enable you to handle shifting project demands and resource limitations with ease. Your ability to support team members, make smart decisions, and solve problems creatively make you a valuable asset to the team.

      There are three core components to Zest's interview process with one of those stages comprising of an Assessment Centre.

      The dates the Assessment Centre will be taking place on are the 6th, 13th, 15th & 18th March.
