      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Meet territory sales revenue objectives for the employer's Respiratory Care product line
      - Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in both acute and non-acute care settings
      - Conduct product trials and implementation of all respiratory care products
      - Communicate effectively with management to align sales efforts with company goals
      - Participate in special projects as assigned and work flexible hours when necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be at least 21 years of age
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
      - Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in medical device sales
      - Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and meeting quotas
      - Active compliance with all credentialing requirements, including COVID-19 vaccination

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with tracheostomy or respiratory therapy products
      - Established relationships with key regional health systems
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
