      Restaurant Business Development Manager – Denver, Colorado

      Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Business Development Manager in the Denver area. The ideal Restaurant Business Development Manager should excel in cultivating top-tier partnerships, driving growth opportunities, enhancing customer service, strategizing revenue initiatives, participating in the bidding process, collaborating with teams, and reporting to Executive Leadership.

Presently, we manage over a dozen establishments in airports in Colorado and California.


      Responsibilities

      • Identify new alliance opportunities to expand reach and enhance public image and business performance in airport-related restaurant ventures.
      • Collaborate with Executive Leadership to explore fresh bidding prospects and define strategic pathways.
      • Prospect and secure license agreements with key retail and F&B brands, generating new leads.
      • Nurture existing partnerships to ensure mutual profitability and overall success.
      • Maintain professional relationships within the organization through effective communication, integration, execution, and integrity.
      • Engage with company leaders to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, community leaders, and business partners.
      • Establish and uphold SOPs for managing business relationships, fostering a conducive environment for partnership growth.
      • Support the RFP bidding process comprehensively to maximize bid success rates.
      • Coordinate with architects, designers, and writers to deliver compliant and timely proposals for all projects.


      Compensation and Benefits

      Requirements

      • At least 3 years of recent experience in a Business Development Manager role.
      • Demonstrated success in securing and leading strategic partnerships, ideally in the restaurant, hospitality, airport concessions, or related industries.
      • Exceptional relationship-building abilities, industry acumen, and influence over restaurant-industry figures.
      • Proven expertise in brand development and strategic planning.
      • Demonstrated capability to achieve results and advance partnerships through interpersonal finesse, perseverance, and creative approaches.
      • Track record of negotiating mutually beneficial deals and exceeding partnership expectations.
      • Proficiency in business modeling, financial analysis, and opportunity assessment.
      • Strong teamwork skills to collaborate across departments like marketing and operations to drive business growth.
      • Proven history of fostering innovation.
      • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
      • Upholds high personal integrity and excels in teamwork dynamics.
