Four Seasons is excited to be looking for a new Restaurant General Manager to lead our team of 14 Front of house members. As La Dame de Pic Restaurant General Manager, your role will be to maintain and exceed our standards to delight and surprise every guest. Recently achieving a score of 90/100 on La Liste and Sophie Anne Pic, herself, being awarded 21st best chef in the world, our goal going in 2024 is to continue pushing to higher levels. You will work closely with our Head Chef Evens, in creating seasonal French menus using local british ingredients foraged.
