      Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven General Manager to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a high-quality dining experience and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of restaurant management, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and guest service.
      • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, safety, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
      • Manage and lead a team of employees, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure efficient operations and a positive work environment.
      • Develop and implement operational procedures to increase efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and meet financial goals.
      • Control labor costs, food costs, and other operational expenses to maintain profitability.
      • Monitor guest feedback and take necessary actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
      • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure proper inventory levels and quality of goods.
      • Handle staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
      • Maintain compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
      • Promote a positive brand image through effective marketing strategies, events, and promotions.
      Qualifications:
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational goals.
      • Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including budgeting, inventory control, and customer service.
      • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
      • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
      • Proficient in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
      • Flexible schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
