      JOB TITLE: Assistant Manager

      DEPARTMENT: Operations

      SUPERVISOR: General Manager

      GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

      Assists the General Manager in managing the operations and staff of a restaurant, including the execution of all Company policies, procedures, programs, and systems. Participates in the achievement of restaurant objectives. Ensures ethical business practices. Each person who holds this position is expected to “Delight Every Customer.”
