- Review and approve staffing needs and compensation
- Provides leadership for employee relations through effective communications, coaching, training and development.
- Ensure local offices are up to date on training for BELFOR practices and protocols, and work with General Managers to develop career path to maintain retention of team members
- Manage financial components of the region and local office budgets
- Ensure all local offices are in compliance with Federal, State and Local regulations
- Work independently and meet managerial goals
- Communicate professionally with coworkers, customers and vendors.
- Organize daily activities of self and others and to work as a team player.
- Be a leader and lead the team to established goals of quality, productivity and profit
- Supervise the work and leadership of local office General Managers.
- Monitor work flow and systems for the most effective completion of tasks.
- Attend marketing events to be visible to potential leads and customers.
- Inspect projects to confirm quality control.
- Consult on high level customer and employee issues
- Other projects and duties as assigned

Position Overview
This position will be responsible for managing the overall performance of two or more office locations, reporting results upwardly, identifying areas of concerns and implementing solutions in compliance with BELFOR standards. Regional Managers are able to perform at the highest standard to support BELFOR goals and ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies. They will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, leading, and managing all offices within their region. The Regional Manager is expected to maintain relationships with existing clients, while growing the business as needs are identified.
