      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales growth and optimize display space through effective merchandising
      - Manage the installation and maintenance of creative displays to engage consumers
      - Act as a brand ambassador by providing product knowledge and insights to store personnel
      - Execute sales programs and ensure compliance with promotional initiatives
      - Collaborate with internal teams and partners to maintain inventory levels and merchandising standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or relevant experience preferred
      - 0-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, or customer service
      - Strong selling skills and ability to influence store personnel
      - Must be willing to travel locally (~75%) and manage a large territory
      - Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required for travel
