      Looking for a proactive Retail Manager to join our highly regarded Retail Property team. In this key role, you will support our Centre Manager with a range of administrative duties working onsite at a regional shopping centre in Midland. Working with a friendly and dynamic team, you will showcase your skills and experience to best serve the operational needs of this retail environment.

      Here’s a snapshot of your day;

      • Support the Centre Manager with the day-to-day management of the shopping centre including finance, tenant liaison, lease administration, as well as general office administration duties.
      • Act as a point of contact for all supplier, tenant, and customer related queries
      • Assist with contractor services relating to minor repairs and maintenance and monitoring the vendor performance
      • Maintain the lease management and tenancy schedule and assist with general administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owners and the tenants
      • Process and track all AP invoice and expense reimbursements and assist the Centre Manager with budgeting and forecasting.

      Here are some of the strengths you’ll possess and the background you’ll need to be successful.

      • Extensive demonstrated experience in retail lease administration, with a passion for the retail property industry
      • Experience within accounts receivable and system lease administration functions of the Shopping Centre industry
      • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues
      • Being proactive, showing initiative and having very good attention to detail
      • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the capability to manage multiple projects independently.
