What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute and close sales calls for assigned store accounts to achieve and exceed target sales goals
- Manage the timely execution of all sales programs and initiatives to maximize sales and profitability
- Grow base business and expand product distribution across key platforms and accounts
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, space, and productivity while maintaining customer service
- Represent customer needs internally with reports on market insights and competitive activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the consumer products industry
- Strong selling skills and ability to influence store personnel through data-driven selling
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a large market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities
