What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues
- Maintain product distribution and merchandising tasks, including stock management and display setups
- Proactively drive sales by securing displays and promoting upcoming items
- Manage time effectively to complete store calls based on assigned frequency
- Complete accurate reporting and database entries related to sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of selling experience
- Valid driver's license with daytime travel approximately 25%
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in retail sales or merchandising within the food and beverage industry
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with email communication and basic internet skills
